2. Service Overview

QRent is a rental operations platform with booking, QR scanning, analytics, and billing tools. We continuously improve the platform and may update or change features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial periods. We reserve the right to update pricing with notice sent to your registered email.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the platform, or abuse any APIs we expose. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of your content, and you grant us the right to store, process, and display it as required to provide the service. Keep backups of critical data as we are not liable for losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to QRent's software, branding, and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time via your settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QRent operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or notable notice within the product.
